Requirements

  • 3+ of Medical & Health Claims Experience: A clear understanding of the life cycle of medical & health claims is required
  • 3+ years of Management/Supervisory Experience: Supporting daily operations, handling customer issues, acting as a key liaison for manager, ensuring policy compliance
  • Data-Driven Strategy: The capability to review complex data and translate it into high-impact, actionable recommendations
  • Compliance Excellence: Expert knowledge of medical & health claims, Medicare coding, and regulatory compliance, positioning you as a trusted authority
  • Essential Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and key database systems required to manage and report on claims effectively

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing proactive, strategic action plans to maximize work flows and control of work procedures.
  • Take ownership in the end-to-end assessment of complex claims, accurately determining status and driving swift resolution.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive, insightful reports to management, ensuring clear communication of performance metrics and compliance adherence.
  • Lead the prompt and accurate review and processing of claims to maintain high standards of efficiency and service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with all clients, providers, and co-workers.
  • Expertly review, negotiate, and resolve disputes, safeguarding client interests and optimizing claims outcomes.
