Our Claims Apprentices split their time between developing professionally and assisting clients who have experienced an auto loss. Apprentices develop the necessary skills to provide a consistent, positive, and satisfying claims experience for our clients through the proper investigation, negotiation, and settlement of personal lines auto claims. The work begins with assisting clients with basic claim-related questions and progresses towards investigating and settling single vehicle collision claims and clear liability multi-vehicle claims. Additional Information: Position starts on July 13, 2026. This position is Monday through Friday and based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL. This role is an entry level position well suited for a candidate who has not yet completed their degree and has little to no relevant professional experience. Claims Apprentices will spend a portion of each week on formal education through Heartland Community College towards an industry designation in claims.
