The Claims and Risk Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company’s workers’ compensation and liability claims programs. This role works closely with employees, supervisors, insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), legal counsel, and insurance brokers to ensure claims are managed effectively from incident through resolution. The position also supports the company’s insurance renewal process, manages claims reporting and analysis, and helps identify opportunities to reduce risk exposure and improve safety outcomes across the organization. Important Note: This role focuses on insurance claims administration and operational risk management related to workplace incidents and liability exposure. It is not an IT, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management (ERM), or information security risk position.
