About The Position
The Claims and Leave of Absence Specialist-RPO Consultant is responsible for coordinating and supporting complex claims and leave of absence (LOA) processes. This role involves working closely with an LOA vendor to manage cases, ensuring a positive employee experience while navigating the complexities of state and federal leave laws, including FMLA. The specialist will also provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR on LOA and short-term disability matters, contributing to various projects and initiatives as needed.
