About The Position
The Claims Analyst position at Community First Health Plans involves analyzing complex problems related to claim payments, eligibility, other insurance, transplants, and system issues that exceed the scope of claim examiners and senior claim examiners. The role requires acting as a consultant to claims staff for resolving complex claim issues and working cooperatively with the Configuration team to test contracts used in business operations and reporting to ensure auto adjudication. The analyst must perform in accordance with company standards and policies while promoting harmonious relationships within their department, with other departments, and within CFHP. The position operates under limited supervision.
