How you'll make an impact Works under direct supervision of a more senior staff member, to proactively manage the property/casualty claims programs for assigned clients, consults and provides advice to clients as appropriate. Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for the claims practice. Applies a range of standard skills within a specific practice area. Works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity. Works within specific limits and authority to manage claims. Pursues continuing education for increased technical expertise and gain proficiency as a client advocate. About You

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Internship or 1 Year of related experience preferred
Strong knowledge and working ability to use all claims and business related software

Responsibilities

Proactively manage the property/casualty claims programs for assigned clients
Consults and provides advice to clients as appropriate
Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for the claims practice
Applies a range of standard skills within a specific practice area
Manage claims
Pursue continuing education for increased technical expertise and gain proficiency as a client advocate
