The Claims Administrator supports the end-to-end material claims process for customer rejected orders. This position will process customer and vendor material claims in the system and completes the required documentation and communication. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Receives and evaluates incoming claims from customers with support from the Quality Manager. Gathers evidence to support claims such as samples and/or pictures of material Processes customer claims, including material return through release of credit Enters vendor claims into ERP System and manages through disposition and issuance of debit Processes credits and debits in ERP System Communicates cross functionally to sales, quality, and production departments regarding the claims process Supports supplier and customer communication throughout the claims process Track, reduce and assist with documentation of rejected material/inventory Assists with material inspection, as needed Administrative support as needed including light filing Assists with internal auditing and claim root cause analysis/documentation This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery Meet all TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
