Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA.
Computer proficiency with the ability to move between multiple screens/applications while maintaining focus.
Articulate written communication style with the strong ability to adapt tone and style for differing audiences.
A high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in work produced.
Customer-focused and service oriented to ensure timely and accurate performance benchmarks are achieved.

Responsibilities

Review and process medical claims with accuracy and efficiency by applying policy guidelines, scheduling and managing additional claims review and coordinating benefits while prioritizing the timeliness of the claims.
Review correspondence, conduct research and communicate appropriately to expedite claim issue resolution and/or payment.
Ensure performance levels meet or exceed established timelines and accuracy benchmarks while completing day-to-day activities.
