This role involves handling inbound communications, evaluating warranty claims, and working closely with customers and service partners to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Shift & Schedule: Training Schedule (2-3 weeks): Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends Off) Post-Training Shift: Saturday to Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Wednesday - Friday Off) Must be available for weekends shift hours and days cannot be modified.
