About The Position

We are hiring a Claims Account Specialist to manage the day-to-day administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role where financial accuracy, process discipline, and service excellence are critical. What You’ll Be Responsible For Processing high volumes of benefit claims with precision Issuing reimbursements and ensuring financial accuracy Managing enrollments, eligibility updates, and payroll-related status changes Administering FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA, and other customized benefit plans Responding to client and participant inquiries professionally and efficiently Implementing plan setups and processing plan changes Maintaining compliance and documentation standards Backgrounds That Translate Well to This Role We strongly encourage candidates with experience in: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Payroll processing Banking or financial operations Human Resources administration Employee benefits administration Insurance claims processing TPA or carrier environments If you’re accustomed to handling financial transactions, reviewing documentation for accuracy, meeting processing deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality — this role will feel familiar and rewarding.
