The Claims Account Manager / Claims Field Consultant is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention through high-quality service and proactive consultation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned customers’ claims organizations, helping them optimize workflows, understand industry trends, and maximize the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. You will partner closely with Vertical Account Managers and internal teams to support client-specific service plans that drive retention and revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a willingness to travel up to 50% or more based on client needs.
