Requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for first-line management of assigned Auto Claim personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Leads team toward desired department and company goals.
• Reviews and controls the operation's claim activities, including investigations and claim payments.
• Serves as a technical resource in claims settlement procedures and company policies.
• Coordinates and implements new company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and applicable laws.
• Promotes employee development and seeks competitive candidates for the Auto Property Segment.
