You'll bring your strong attention to detail to examine complex correspondence, interpret data with accuracy, and determine the appropriate response using a variety of tools and resources. Communication is a cornerstone of success in this role. As a Claim Services Coordinator, you'll handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from claimants, medical providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders-each interaction a chance to create a positive and professional experience, even under pressure. Your ability to listen actively, provide clarity, and resolve concerns will not only enhance the customer journey but also reflect the excellence we strive for at every level. You'll also collaborate directly with workers compensation bureaus, legal representatives, and third-party adjusters to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, following up with persistence and care. As a Claim Services Coordinator, you'll assist in onboarding new team members, provide ongoing training, and even serve as a back-up to the Claims Services Supervisor.
