Job Overview Under general supervision, responsible for obtaining and maintaining essential information in order to handle routine claims. May conduct investigations on assigned cases based on policy and accident details to confirm coverage and damages owed. The Claim Representative I role is a hybrid eligible role, in our Bakersfield California location. This is one of our newer locations, great culture, and atmosphere and a casual dress environment.
