Job Overview Under general supervision, responsible for obtaining and maintaining essential information in order to handle Non-Injury Auto claims. May conduct investigations on assigned cases based on policy and accident details to confirm coverage and damages owed. Responsible for managing rental coverage and settling physical damage coverage based upon approved estimates and/or total loss evaluation. Requires close coordination with material damage and subrogation specialists.
