About The Position
At RLI, we offer a unique internship program that provides a paid, hands-on learning experience for students. Interns will gain practical industry knowledge, network with professionals, and develop skills in a collaborative environment. This internship allows students to work alongside experienced claim professionals, contributing to meaningful work that impacts the company and its customers. Interns will rotate through various claims teams, including General Liability, Professional Liability, and others, gaining exposure to complex problem-solving and corporate legal issues. The internship is designed to help students understand the insurance industry and the claim handling process while developing critical thinking and communication skills.
