We are seeking an experienced claim examiner to join our team. Responsible for assisting claim professionals and the direct handling of complex Auto Physical Damage claim files, including the monitoring and supervision of the Vermont Mutual Guaranteed Repair Network(GRN), independent appraisers, attorneys, vendors and claim personnel to ensure the timely, accurate and fair investigation, evaluation, repair and disposition of Auto Physical Damage claims. Employee should possess demonstrated expertise in handling significant higher value Auto Physical Damage repairable and total loss claims.

Requirements

• Experience in handling Auto Physical Damage claims.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing higher value repairable and total loss claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist claim professionals in handling complex Auto Physical Damage claim files.
• Monitor and supervise the Vermont Mutual Guaranteed Repair Network (GRN).
• Oversee independent appraisers, attorneys, vendors, and claim personnel.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and fair investigation of Auto Physical Damage claims.
• Evaluate and repair Auto Physical Damage claims.
• Manage the disposition of Auto Physical Damage claims.
