The Claim Center Trainer/Facilitator is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for new hires and current employees within the North America Claim Center. This role focuses on building foundational and advanced skills for North America Claims Contact Center positions, utilizing a variety of facilitation techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer, skill development, and ongoing professional growth.
