This position will assist the Claims Department with capturing first notice of loss data, creating new claim records, handling incoming calls directed across the enterprise, and expert system usage. Further, the position requires deep attention to detail and exceptional communication and listening skills. Cross training in administrative duties and responsibilities to provide resource assistance across the claim department. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Omaha, NE, on Southpoint Parkway. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role is eligible for a shift differential.
