Potential starting salary range: $45,841.25 - $55,463.13 annually ($22.75- $27.53/hour). Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers within a fast paced, call center environment
  • Supporting our customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions
  • Proactively investigating claims
  • Applying policy coverage
  • Accurately documenting claim files
