About The Position
CJ Group operates across a broad portfolio of industries in the Americas including Food & Food Service, Biotechnology, Logistics, Entertainment (e.g., K-pop, Film/Drama Studio, Cinema, etc.), Bakery, and Beauty. As the Corporate Development arm of CJ Group's Americas regional headquarters, the New York-based Corporate Development team plays a critical role in supporting the sustainable growth of CJ's businesses in the U.S. and the broader Americas. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Corporate Development Senior Manager will be responsible for the execution of corporate strategy, the identification and development of new business opportunities - including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances - and fostering synergies across affiliates in collaboration with global and local leadership. This role necessitates effective communication with CJ's headquarters in Korea and alignment with the Group's mid to long-term strategic objectives.
