This position shall manage IT Instructors providing subject matter expertise and certified content knowledge and conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices, and in some cases use a blended learning approach through textbooks and materials, mission-relevant role-playing techniques and performance-based exercises to reinforce learning objectives, and use of constructive feedback from students and staff that supports improved knowledge and skill acquisitions. This IT Project Manager shall provide oversight of the training of students in the necessary courses to obtain and maintain professional certifications, and provide in-depth instruction in the appropriate levels of credentialing and professional certifications, and by ensuring all students meet the minimum levels as required.
