About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to stand continuously, reach frequently, and bend at waist and knees frequently
• Ability to stoop, crawl, squat, and lift 50 lbs; able to lift 50 lbs overhead occasionally
• Requires good finger and hand dexterity to utilize various hand tools in a repetitive manner
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge of concrete carpentry
• Experience with telecommunications infrastructure installation

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary safety training provided by Sabre
• Complete all necessary technical training provided by Sabre
• Maintain safe work practices as outlined in the Sabre Safety Manual
• Read, understand, and assist in the completion and submission of Sabre project and safety documents
• Operate hand and power tools with ease
• Operate trucks, trailers, and other equipment with ease
• Lay out cell tower sites, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure
• Install and wire telecommunications equipment, including breakers and terminations
• Trenching, laying fiber and conduit
• Pour concrete pads, piers, pylons, and block wall foundations
• Set and install pre-fabricated equipment buildings
• Install light industrial steel, such as h-frames and light posts
• Maintain regular and on-time attendance
• Work in your shift as scheduled
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers
