About The Position

Join our team as a Civil/Structural Engineering Co-op. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Civil/Structural Engineering Co-op to join our team. This is a technical co-op. The co-op performs assignments which have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be a college student enrolled in a technical degree program. Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
Ability to travel: <10%

Responsibilities

Works in a safe manner at all times. Adheres to both Matrix and client established safety standards when appropriate.
Acts in a support role to the project engineer or technical lead. Assigned small tasks which are checked upon completion and before moving onto the next task.
Works with more experienced project team members or design projects.
Generate CAD drawings based on detailed design provided by an experienced project team member.
Follow company design standards.
Identify and use appropriate tool for each application.

We offer market-competitive compensation for a Civil/ Structural Co-op with an hourly range of $22.00 to $24.00/hourly, and a total compensation package that includes quarterly bonuses, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay. Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
