At ENERCON, new graduate Civil/Structural Engineers are given the opportunity to grow their careers while making a real-world impact. Requirements

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
  • Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026. Graduating May-June 2026 preferred.
  • A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
  • Must be able to work outside.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
  • Completion of pre interview assessments.
  • College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship.
