About The Position

At ENERCON, new graduate Civil/Structural Engineers are given the opportunity to grow their careers while making a real-world impact. You’ll join a collaborative and innovative team focused on designing and evaluating the structural systems that support power-generating facilities, projects that are critical to energy infrastructure and community resilience. From day one, you’ll work alongside engineers from multiple disciplines, gaining insight into how civil and structural designs integrate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. You’ll take ownership of your assignments, contribute to high-quality, code-compliant engineering documents, and apply industry standards, especially those relevant to the nuclear sector. With opportunities to travel to plant sites, walk down structures, and see your designs in action, you’ll gain valuable field experience and build strong client relationships. Requirements

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start in January 2026 through April 2026.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
• Completion of pre interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship.
