We are currently seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer for our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in Irvine, CA . In this role, you will work as part of a team to conduct analytical and computer problem-solving, perform experimental field investigations and diagnostic surveys, and maintain client relations. Assignments will require the ability to gather information from and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and industry.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related engineering field
- P.E. or S.E. license or the ability to become licensed within two years in the State of California
- Excellent creative problem-solving ability
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong desire to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and exciting consulting environment

Responsibilities
- Inspection, analysis and determination of root causes of structural/building envelope performance failures
- Conducting analytical and computer problem solving
- Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys
- Preparing technical reports and presentations
- Continued professional development towards establishing professional expertise

- At the Associate and Senior Associate level, total compensation includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
