Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of site design experience (Residential, industrial, and commercial land development)
• Design experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Ability to lead and mentor civil design team
• PE License

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil/site design projects
• Work closely with the design team to produce high quality engineered plans in Civil3D
• Design storm drainage and grading plans for new townhomes
• Provide quality control checks
• Mentor growing engineers
