We’re currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical experience across all phases of civil engineering project delivery.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of successful project delivery, including site design, grading, accessibility, drainage, wet utilities, and stormwater management systems.
  • Working knowledge of local agencies and a solid understanding of jurisdictional permitting and approval processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary design environment.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage civil design projects from initial concept through final completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects—from planning and design through execution—ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, achieve project goals, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support designers and project engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Represent the firm through active participation in professional organizations and industry activities, supporting continued learning and industry engagement.
