Civil Project Manager

Alpha Inc
Onsite

About The Position

This is a boots-on-the-ground, numbers-owning, people-leading Project Manager role for someone who knows how to run work, not just track it. At Alpha Inc., Civil Project Managers don’t sit on the sidelines. You own the job—from bid handoff to closeout. You’re accountable for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and profit. You lead crews, align superintendents, manage risk, and make real-time decisions that move dirt, people, and outcomes. Alpha Inc. is a locally owned leader in heavy civil construction, concrete, energy, drilling, and infrastructure solutions, founded and grown in Hawaiʻi. The company builds projects that serve island communities for generations—and they do it with pride, precision, and accountability. The culture is anchored by three core values: Lead with Heart, Strength in Unity, and Alpha Mentality. As a Civil Project Manager, you are a culture carrier as much as a project leader.
