Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Project Management
A self-starting, energetic, positive attitude geared towards effective problem solving and solution-based decisions.
Willingness to teach and learn with others every day.
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Basic to Intermediate Computer Skills
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Project manager in the Civil Engineering Field required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, EIT required or FL PE license highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

A degree in construction management or engineering
Master Planned Community development experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to Senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment for all team members.
Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Carry out thorough project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective measures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Excellent Writing, Verbal and communication skills are essential
Well-developed time management skills to balance the demands of multiple complex projects
Skilled in Project scheduling and logistics
