About The Position
We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead residential land development design projects from concept through permitting. This is a hands-on civil design PM role—not a general construction PM position.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing residential civil engineering design projects
- Strong understanding of land development, site design, and permitting
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven communication
Responsibilities
- Manage residential civil design projects from concept through approvals
- Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design plans
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and reviewing agencies
- Track schedules, deliverables, and design milestones
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements
