Our talented staff of more than 450+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions to our clients from our offices throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Alabama. Due to MSG's continued growth in our Civil/Municipal Division, a new opening is available for a Project Manager, Residential in our Columbus, OH offices!

Requirements

• 10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of residential site development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
• Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, etc.).
• Knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading.
• Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports.
• Roadway design and survey experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians.
• Work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on residential development projects.
• Oversee all phases of design and construction activities.
• Develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG.
