We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineers to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to start their career in civil engineering. You will assist in the planning, design, and execution of a variety of civil engineering projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roadways, site and infrastructure design including street plans (plan & profile, cross sections, etc.), grading and erosion control plans, storm water management facilities, sanitary sewer systems, water distribution systems and storm sewer systems
• Support project management by coordinating tasks, maintaining schedules, and tracking project progress.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Develop proficiency in engineering software and tools.
