Civil Project Engineer

R&R Engineers And SurveyorsDenver, CO
$102,000 - $135,000Hybrid

About The Position

In land development, long hours often feel like the norm. At R&R, they’re not. Our civil team typically works 40–45 hours per week—by design. We plan projects realistically, staff them appropriately, and trust our people to deliver without constant overtime. The result? High-quality work, strong teams, and a culture where people actually have a life outside of work.
