Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT required
• 3 plus years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
• Analyze existing site conditions by diving into project survey data, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
• Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
• Provide essential construction-related services and direct junior team members, including permit applications and quantity estimates.
• Utilize engineering software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D, to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with the potential to grow into a Project Manager role.
