Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT, or FE certification, with plans to obtain P.E. license
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of relevant codes, ordinances, and permitting processes
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction documents for various project types
- Ensure project compliance with relevant codes and regulations
- Work with agencies to secure necessary permits
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Create job specifications for construction
- Estimate construction costs and ensure adherence to requirements
