About The Position

This position will be responsible for the coordination of technical activities on assigned projects. These projects involve a broad range of municipal-related infrastructure projects, including civil, land development, water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects. This position has the option to be out of either our Boise or Caldwell, Idaho, location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum
EIT is required (or within 6 months of employment)
Experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong communication skills
Valid Driver’s License required
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and/or independently

Responsibilities

Planning, conducting, and coordinating the technical and production aspects of projects.
Accountability for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks/projects.
Regular and effective communication and contact with assigned Project Managers.
Assist in the marketing of KM’s services and the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Participation in client/contractor meetings and resolution of client/engineering project issues.
Determine project schedules by studying scope of work, communicating with Project Manager, and calculating time required to complete project elements.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
