About The Position
ProVest is a leading legal support services firm specializing in the service of process for law firms and financial institutions nationwide. We handle thousands of legal documents each year, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints. We’re currently seeking licensed Nevada process servers (PILB required) to join our growing network. Why Join ProVest? Requirements
- Active Nevada PILB license
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android), computer/laptop, printer, scanner, and internet access
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal documents and local/state laws
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Serve legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and client requirements
- Make up to 4 attempts per file as required
- Use our mobile app to update status in real time, take photos, and generate proofs of service
- Edit, print, and sign documents electronically or manually
