About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable Civil OSP Telecom Lead to provide design review, QC, and project management support across our OSP programs. This is a fully remote position, supporting teams across multiple time zones while maintaining high responsiveness during core project hours. The selected candidate will specialize in reviewing Civil OSP design packages and ensuring strict adherence to client design documentation, supported by the necessary application of local and national design standards. The primary focus is ensuring compliance with the client’s technical documentation, templates, and engineering criteria—providing a critical quality gateway before deliverables move forward.

  • Assist PMs in managing design review cycles, comment logs, deadlines, and submittal tracking.
  • Support internal and external coordination meetings, especially in high‑workload weeks.

  • Work collaboratively with OSP engineers, civil designers, GIS teams, and construction stakeholders.
