About The Position

Civil Litigation Attorney - Full-time Location: Springfield or Worcester, MA Job Description Work three days per week from one chosen location Communicate virtually each week with the second office Handle cases in areas such as Tort and Employment Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Health Care Law (including criteria for guardianships, conservatorships, and involuntary commitments)

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience
• General courtroom experience
• Familiarity with the rules of court in the Superior, District, and Probate courts

Responsibilities

• Work three days per week from one chosen location
