About The Position

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a mid-level Civil Litigation Associate to its product liability team in the Los Angeles office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries. You’ll be joining an outgoing and fast paced team that handles all aspects of litigation. Many of the attorneys have worked in-house for major motor vehicle manufacturers and they draw on the resources of the Firm to provide national and international clients counsel in areas including employment, environmental, intellectual property, and technology matters. Our LA office is positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of meaningful, hands-on experience in product liability and general litigation, specifically practicing in California
  • Background in product liability focused on the automotive, medical device, and/or consumer products industries
  • Strong track record in California state and federal courts
  • Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
  • Thorough understanding of civil procedure rules
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the California Bar in good standing is required
