E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil/Industrial Engineer to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Civil/Industrial Engineer or all-source intelligence analysis on military capabilities
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearanceat the appropriate level.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with Civil/Industrial Engineer such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards

Responsibilities

  • Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific / engineering research, capability / limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis / characterizations, facility and vulnerability assessments. This includes, but not limited to, civil / industrial engineering and subdisciplines of environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic / earthquake, construction, hydrology, and water resource engineering.
  • Collaboratively integrates analytic results findings or production with other related analytic efforts and assessments.
