About The Position
The Utilities Foreman is responsible for on site management of all JHL craft personnel. Through daily coordination with the Superintendent, this position will track, prioritize, and assign tasks in order to facilitate the needs of the project schedule. He/she will oversee the project in the field to maintain layout control as well as JHL's safety and quality programs. The Utilities Foreman will be a key player in training and instructing JHL craft for efficient and quality work in addition to the development of skills.
