Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical competence to perform project tasks independently
  • Demonstrated ability to use or learn client and internal software required to complete projects
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work

  • Ensure technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations are met
  • Lead and mentor colleagues to foster technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues while promoting JT’s values and positive culture
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams
  • Deliver high-quality work that aligns with established standards and expectations
  • Assist in the development and management of project budgets and timelines
  • Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
