About The Position
Public Works Department is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Designer. Duties include: transforming survey data, GIS data, photometric data, previous as-built information and official recorded documents into useable construction drawings for the contractors to use to build the City's infrastructure. This infrastructure includes but is not limited to streets, drainage, stormwater, water, and sewer facilities. This position also creates easement plats and right of way plats for recordation in the clerks office to officially transfer land needed for city projects. Salaries are negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Civil Engineering Project Designer I Range: $42,328.00- $78,561.60.
