Step into Your New Role Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineering Program Manager to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, solar, and/or mining is especially relevant. This is a hybrid office role and can be based in: Tampa, FL Orlando (Mount Dora), FL Charlotte, NC Raleigh, NC Atlanta, GA Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check. Requirements

Required, Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
Required, Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultant
Ability to actively develop and maintain client relationships
Capability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts
Understanding of financial management of projects
12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience

Responsibilities

Ability to target and generate new opportunities
Managing project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality
Overseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
Leading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
Nurturing and growing client relationships
Supporting the achievement of professional staffs’ career goals
