About The Position

The Civil Engineering Lead is responsible for the implementation of technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The engineering lead is responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Federal Client requires US Citizenship.
  • Possess active PMP Certification.
  • Certified Professional Engineer (PE).
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, Real Property and/or infrastructure management within DHS or DoD.
  • Possess knowledge of federal processes, regulations, and procedures as they relate to civil engineering.
  • Education: Master’s degree in engineering

Responsibilities

  • Managing project team in Operations and Maintenance of work stream.
  • Provide Civil Engineering expertise in design and development of a centralized and integrated workflow and business management system in Power Platform to support and enable key Civil Engineering processes.
  • Provide Civil Engineering and process re-engineering expertise in development, enhancement and sustainment, including integration across other business processes.
  • Plan and implement customized technical, application, and automation solutions and processes to address civil engineering, facilities, and data challenges.
  • Support software sustainment and processes for prioritizing capital projects across the civil engineering enterprise to address executive customer leadership mandates.
