Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Completion of sophomore or junior year by Summer 2026 preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other software.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
• Commitment to learning, professional integrity, and delivering quality work.
• Accountability and a desire to grow through feedback and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for site development projects.
• Support site grading, drainage, and utility design under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Help prepare permit applications and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct field investigations and collect site data to support project designs.
• Learn to use AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other engineering tools.
• Gain exposure to permitting processes at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers in client communications.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
