Department Overview In Bloom’s Customer Installations Group (CIG) , the civil engineering team focuses on the physical setup and integration of infrastructure systems within a facility, site, or project.

Requirements

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
  • Must be graduating between May 202 6 and August 202 7
  • Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Visa Sponsorship Bloom Energy is unable to provide VISA sponsorship to interns or new grad hires on an F-1, J- 1 or other visa for this position , regardless of CPT or OPT status .

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in the coordination of utility installations (e.g., water, sewer, electrical).
  • Help monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineers.
